The Bay is situated on the waterfront, providing breathtaking views of Sydney Harbour. Our location is within walking distance of popular attractions, including Kings Cross, the Art Gallery, The Domain, Government House, Navy Barracks, and Harry's Cafe de Wheels.

We are seeking a skilled Bottle Shop attendant to join our team. Key responsibilities include:

  • Driving a face-to-face premium service culture and building a knowledgeable team.
  • Oversight of stock/inventory management and control.
  • Maximising presentation and merchandising of bottle stock through tastings and other initiatives.
  • Open and closing procedures.

To succeed in this role, you will deliver exceptional customer service and possess:

  • A current RSA certification.
  • Previous experience in retail, preferably in liquor sales.
  • A passion for customer service.
  • The ability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

You will be highly competent in money handling and operating a point of sales system. Must-haves include:

  • Prior experience in liquor retail.
  • Thorough knowledge of wine and craft beer.
  • Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
  • Able to engage customers professionally and stand for long periods.
