Bottle Shop Attendant Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Bottle Shop Attendant. Located in the heart of Sydney, our bottle shop is a bustling hub of activity.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and possess a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing premium service culture and building a team with knowledge on market trends.
  • Overseeing stock management and inventory control.
  • Maximising presentation and merchandising of bottle stock including tastings and other initiatives.

Key Qualifications & Experience:

  • Thorough experience and knowledge of wine and craft beer.
  • Highly competent in cash handling and operating a point of sales system.
  • Must have open availability and be able to work nights, weekends and public holidays.
  • Be self-motivated with ability to work autonomously.
  • Positive attitude, charismatic dynamic personality, good conversational skills and overall happy demeanour.
  • Able to engage customers in clear and professional manner.

Requirements:

  • NSW RSA required WSET qualifications well regarded.
  • Preferred experience in Liquor retail.
