Exciting Opportunity for Merchandising Professionals

In this role, you will be working as a key representative of CROSSMARK Australia, responsible for driving sales growth and enhancing the customer experience in various retail stores across Brisbane and Gold Coast.

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our dynamic team, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional results and building long-term relationships with store managers and team members.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently while being part of a collaborative environment.

About the Role:

  • Create and maintain visually appealing point-of-sale displays and planograms in-store.
  • Collaborate with retailers to secure additional promotional space for various products from leading brands.
  • Achieve sales targets within specific territories, including Grocery, Corporate Petrol & Convenience, and Mass Merchant stores.
  • Manage your territory effectively, reporting tasks and providing high-quality photos daily via our StoreTrack app.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in supermarket, retail, or merchandising is preferred but not essential.
  • Strong communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail are crucial for success in this role.
  • An ability to work autonomously and as part of a team is vital.
  • A full Car Driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle are mandatory (learners permit not accepted).

What We Offer:

  • A competitive hourly rate of $31.68 plus $0.98 per kilometer, with superannuation included.
