Our team supports the employment of over 33,500 people every year.The Opportunity:This role involves activating new clients, performing credit checks, cash receipting, and liaison with operations and collection calls as necessary.Key responsibilities include:
  • Activating new clients and performing credit checks on prospective clients
  • Cash receipting and allocations as required
  • Liaising with operations and collection calls where necessary
  • Monthly Client reporting
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders within the Group
  • Reducing overdue levels in portfolio
Requirements:To be successful in this role, you will need to be a highly organised and efficient individual with:
  • 2+ years experience in credit control OR Accounts Receivable role
  • Microsoft Dynamics Navision 2009 and Excel skills
  • Outstanding communication skills and a passion for problem solving
  • Strong time management skills and demonstrated history of meeting deadlines
  • A positive attitude, self-starter, and someone who enjoys working in a supportive team environment
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise whilst building positive internal and external relationships
