Accounts Payable Team Lead Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Team Lead to join our team. The successful applicant will be responsible for leading a small team, managing accounts payable duties on a daily basis, and providing feedback and suggestions on future improvements to systems and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and timely payment processing
  • Reconcile bank and supplier reconciliations
  • Manage vendor relationships and maintain accurate records
  • Lead the Accounts Payable team and provide guidance and support as needed

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar accounts payable leadership or team lead position
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
