Job Opportunity

We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our corporate migration team in Sydney as a Graduate.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a caseload under supervision, handle workflows with direct client contact, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Prepare and file visa applications in compliance with legal requirements, adhering to strict deadlines and regulations.
  • Draft legal documents and client correspondence, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Serve as the day-to-day liaison with clients, assist in client interviews, and conduct thorough research on immigration laws and procedures.
  • Collaborate closely with a team of experienced immigration lawyers and administrative staff to achieve collective goals.
  • Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on providing exceptional client service and delivering results-oriented solutions.
About You
  • Hold recent graduation from law school or admission to legal practice, or possess strong Paralegal skills.
  • Be eligible to work in Australia and demonstrate proficiency in relevant software and systems.
  • Show quick learning ability with excellent written and oral communication skills, fostering effective collaboration with colleagues and clients.
  • Foster a customer-centric approach, with the ability to understand client challenges and execute tailored solutions.
  • Maintain a process-driven mindset with excellent organizational, time-management, and attention to detail skills.
  • Exhibit adaptability, accountability, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
  • Display effective teamwork skills and a flexible, proactive approach.
  • Highlight a demonstrated interest in Immigration or Administrative law is preferred but not required.
