Our goal is to find the perfect team member to join our Production Team as a Sorter.

This role will provide an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic and fast-paced environment where you can showcase your skills and experience in sorting, pricing, grading, and merchandising products for our retail floor.

We are seeking a reliable and organized individual who has excellent communication and teamwork skills. If you enjoy working in a busy store environment and have experience in sorting, then this could be the ideal job for you.

The successful candidate will be able to hit the ground running with minimal supervision, using their own initiative and judgment to achieve set goals. They will also be expected to maintain high standards of customer service at all times.

As a member of our Production Team, you will work closely with other team members to ensure that production targets are met on time every time. You will be responsible for managing donations from charity partners, processing them through our inventory system, and ensuring that they are ready for sale.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Sorting, pricing, grading, and merchandising products for the retail floor
  • Meeting and engaging with customers and donors, providing excellent customer service, and sharing the company's story
  • Managing donations from charity partners, processing them through our inventory system
