Our cafe on the Gold Coast is seeking a skilled professional to fill a full-time position as a Barista and Cafe All Rounder. This role involves working between 6am and 3pm, Monday to Saturday, and includes a range of responsibilities such as interacting with customers, preparing drinks, delivering food and drinks, clearing tables, processing dishes, taking payments, restocking shelves and maintaining high standards of food hygiene.

About You

To succeed in this role, you'll need to have at least 2 years of experience in a cafe or hospitality customer service position.

  1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
  2. You should be able to work collaboratively in a team, excel under pressure and maintain good personal and food hygiene standards.

We're looking for someone who is positive, friendly and enthusiastic with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
