**Senior Governance Specialist**We are a forward-thinking team dedicated to financial risk management.The Group Financial Risk - Portfolio, Policy and Provisioning (PPP) team collaborates closely with Line 1 and Line 2 teams across all Business Units and Subsidiaries to implement best practice credit risk policies and strategies.As a key member of our team, you will contribute to senior management and Board reporting on financial risk matters and insights at a Group portfolio level.**Key Responsibilities:**
  • Manage governance and secretariat functions for the Executive Leadership Team Financial Risk Committee and sub-committee.
  • Support the Group Credit Governance team with coordinating stakeholder inputs into risk reports.
  • Identify, drive and deliver credit risk governance and reporting improvement initiatives.
  • Develop strong working relationships with stakeholders across the Group who provide information to the Committees and/or credit risk reports.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders and GFR on governance matters.
**Requirements:**
  • Experience in governance, regulatory or credit risk management roles within banking/financial services.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated problem solving skills and ability to adapt to new ways of working.
