Key Responsibilities
  • Operate weighbridge equipment to accurately record weights of grape delivery trucks
  • Test grapes using Maselli and Yuba protocols to ensure quality standards
  • Undertake basic laboratory tasks, including data entry and maintenance of intake schedules
  • Coordinate with crusher supervisors, testing station operators, and truck marshallers to ensure efficient operations
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in work areas
