Fleet Maintenance Supervisor - East Rockingham, W.A

As a leader in global logistics, we offer advanced supply chain solutions, ranging from comprehensive to partial services, including warehousing, distribution, and specialized transport solutions, even to the most remote locations.

With a fleet of 13,000 vehicles and machinery, it is crucial for us to maintain operational efficiency and safety. Our Equipment team oversees fleet acquisitions, management, international maintenance, and continuous improvement to uphold the quality of our services.

The Role:

We are currently seeking a versatile and resilient Fleet Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the coordination and planning of all fleet maintenance operations within Toll. In this role, you will be tasked with organizing and managing vehicle servicing and maintenance across Toll's workshops and external service providers, ensuring compliance with service standards while minimizing asset downtime and maximizing utilization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage vehicle service appointments with all relevant stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal clients, driving innovative processes for successful outcomes.
  • Effectively plan and manage service bookings while controlling maintenance costs.
  • Collaborate with third-party maintenance providers to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Perform necessary quality assurance and administrative tasks as required.

About You:

  • Previous experience in fleet maintenance or management, or in a truck service advisory capacity, is highly desirable.
  • Proven ability to foster relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with accountability, problem-solving skills, and a focus on outcomes.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a keen understanding of customer needs and value addition.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
