Job Overview

Main Responsibilities:

  • Monitor trade and supplier performance, escalating concerns to management as necessary.
  • Conduct maintenance inspections and ensure consistent reporting to operations.

Key Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in residential construction or a relevant trade qualification.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to interpret working drawings and specifications.
  • A solid understanding of Australian Standards and building regulations.
  • A proactive mindset with excellent time management, enabling the effective coordination of site activities.
  • The ability to build strong relationships with trades, suppliers, and site teams.
