Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for partnering with venue leaders, sourcing exceptional talent, building strong relationships, and representing the company with confidence and care.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. You will be working closely with hiring managers, candidates, and talent leaders to identify, attract, and hire top talent.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Source and attract high-quality candidates through various channels
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and talent leaders
  • Coordinate interview processes, including scheduling and follow-up communications
  • Ensure all candidate information is up-to-date and accurate
  • Conduct reference checks and provide feedback to hiring managers
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years recruitment experience (in-house or agency)
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
  • Ability to build rapport with hiring managers, candidates, and talent leaders
  • A friendly, professional phone manner
  • Strong admin and coordination skills
  • Experience booking interviews and managing calendars
  • Adaptable, proactive, and able to work both independently and within a team
  • Clear communicator with great presentation
  • High attention to detail and a strong sense of urgency
