Job Description:

We are currently looking for a talented Retail Store Manager (Multiple Opportunities) or Assistant Retail Store Manager (2IC) to lead our store teams and drive sales growth. As a retail leader, you will be responsible for leading by example, mentoring and inspiring your team on a daily basis, coaching them to achieve and develop their knowledge and skills, and creating a positive culture of safety within your team.

A Day in the Life:

  • Lead from the front, providing an exceptional customer experience and driving sales growth.
  • Recruit, onboard, and induct high-calibre new team members and ensure they receive comprehensive training and support.
  • Manage stock levels and inventory, ensuring accuracy and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers.
  • Support local marketing opportunities and sponsorships to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Create a fun, supportive culture within the store where team members love coming to work every day.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar retail leadership role or ready to take that next step up in your career.
  • Demonstrated success in driving sales and achieving targets.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and build a high-performing team.
  • High degree of resilience and ability to prioritise and manage conflicting priorities.
  • Ability to create a positive culture of safety and maintain a safe work environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Established business acumen and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
