Requirements

Candidates should have formal qualifications in Cyber Security, Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related disciplines with a strong IT component. A Bachelor's degree or higher equivalent is also required, with a strong emphasis on relevant coursework and skills.

Eligibility
  • Be an Australian citizen at the time of application, ensuring your commitment to the country and its values.
  • Have completed at least an Australian Qualifications Framework Level 7 qualification (Bachelor degree), or higher equivalent by 31 December 2026, demonstrating your academic excellence.
  • Have completed your most recent, eligible qualification between 1 January 2022 and 31 December 2026, showcasing your recent experience and skills.
  • Be able to obtain and maintain a valid Australian Government security clearance if required, adhering to strict security protocols.
  • Be willing to undergo police, character, health, or other checks required, upholding the highest standards of integrity and professionalism.
