To be eligible, you must hold or be in the final year of an Engineering degree ideally with a focus in ICT and have full working rights in Australia.

What is your role?

As a Graduate at ADP Consulting, you'll be part of a national graduate cohort and receive hands-on training from day one. You will contribute to meaningful, sustainability-led projects while being supported by industry mentors and technical experts in your chosen field i.e. ICT.

Your experience will include

• Working on real projects with support from experienced engineers and leaders
• Participating in monthly national graduate learning sessions (e.g. ESG in Consulting, Personal Branding, and Saying Yes to Opportunities)
• Engaging with clients, architects, and stakeholders to deliver impactful designs
• Accessing a learning platform with over 97,000 professional resources
• Receiving support for Engineers Australia Chartership
• Joining a vibrant social and wellness culture including fitness classes, book club, and team events

About You

You're a soon-to-be or recent ICT Graduate who is enthusiastic, curious, and ready to contribute to a better built environment. You bring a growth mindset and a passion for collaborative problem-solving. You're also:

• Self-motivated and open to new experiences
• Comfortable in dynamic, fast-paced environments
• Eligible to work in Australia (citizen, PR, or NZ citizen)
