Job Title: Store Team Member (Cleaning and Trolley Collection)

 

Role Description:

 As a Store Team Member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers experience a safe, seamless, and positive shopping environment within our stores. Your responsibility will be to maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the store, focusing on various departments and areas.

 Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining cleaning tasks across all departments and throughout the store
  • Utilizing equipment and products for sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, scrubbing, and buffing floors
  • Cleaning shelving and equipment throughout the store, team rooms, toilets, and offices
  • Collecting trolleys from in and around the store and carpark, regardless of weather conditions
  • Working both indoors and outdoors, demonstrating autonomy and initiative

  • A keen eye for detail and accuracy
  • The ability to set priorities, meet deadlines, and demonstrate a solid work ethic
  • The capacity to work independently and follow instructions
  • Physical fitness, activity, and energy, as well as the ability to lift up to 17kgs
  • Availability for shifts between 5am-11pm, seven days a week
  • The capability to arrive at work outside of public transport operating hours

 About You:

 We welcome applicants who are eager to learn, grow, and contribute to our dynamic team. Although prior experience is not necessary, full training will be provided in the use of chemicals, machinery, and safety equipment.
