Job Opportunity

We are seeking a professional to service clients in Geelong and Western districts as a Field Contact Officer.

In this role, you will liaise with employers and apprentices, answering questions and maintaining relationships throughout the apprenticeship.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the central point of contact for all stakeholders in the apprenticeship relationship
  • Ensure accurate and correct information sharing
  • Provide accurate record management
  • Engage and support employers and apprentices

Requirements:

  • Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills, including time management and prioritization abilities
  • Strong customer service focus
  • Able to handle change in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to industry needs
  • Familiarity with Australian Apprenticeships and Traineeship Support Network program
  • Attention to detail, accuracy, and proficiency in Microsoft Suite packages
