Paediatric Rheumatology Career Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled medical professional to join our Paediatric Medicine team as an Advanced Trainee. The successful candidate will provide high-standard paediatric clinical services across South Australia.
- Responsibilities include participating in the delivery of inpatient and outpatient paediatric care under appropriate supervision.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Support the education of junior medical staff and students through clinical teaching.
- Contribute to departmental research activities and associated clinical projects.
- Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, and professional development.
- Adhere to hospital policies, clinical protocols, and professional standards.
About You
To be successful in this role, you must possess:
- A Bachelor of Medicine; Bachelor of Surgery (BMBS) or equivalent degree.
- Registrable with the Medical Board of Australia as a Medical Practitioner with General Registration.
- Completion of RACP Basic Training requirements and progression to Advanced Trainee status.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively under stressful conditions and/or high workloads.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
