Transmission Project Lead

We are seeking an experienced Transmission Project Lead to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of transmission line projects. The successful candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering and project management.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to direct and coordinate multiple technical disciplines. They will also have a deep understanding of transmission engineering principles, codes, and design tools.
Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed project plans, including scoping, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Lead cross-functional teams to execute transmission line projects, ensuring timely completion and quality delivery.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in transmission engineering and project management.
- Strong knowledge of transmission engineering principles, codes, and design tools.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Bonus:
- PMP certification preferred.
- Advanced knowledge of transmission engineering software and tools.
