Our organization is seeking a seasoned tax professional to fill the role of Deal Tax Advisory Manager.

This highly visible position will involve working on high-profile transactions across multiple sectors, including Real Estate, Private Equity, and Infrastructure. Our clients are diverse and complex, requiring our team members to be adaptable and responsive.

  • The ideal candidate will have experience in structuring investments with a focus on inbound investment structures, taxation of trusts / Managed Investment Trusts.
  • Responsibilities will also include conducting tax due diligence and reviewing transaction documents.
  • Mentoring and leading teams will be a key aspect of this role.
