Electrical Maintenance Supervisor Job Opportunity

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Maintenance Supervisor to join our team in Queensland.

Townsville and Rockhampton are our primary recruitment hubs, with flights available from Cairns. We encourage applicants from all regional Queensland communities.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical maintenance and repair, with experience in working with Electric Drive Trucks.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating day-to-day electrical maintenance and repair activities, performing statutory inspections to ensure electrical installations are safe, leading and mentoring a multi-skilled crew, and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate electrical maintenance and repair activities
  • Perform statutory inspections to ensure electrical installations are safe
  • Lead and mentor a multi-skilled crew

Requirements:
  • Trade qualified Electrician with experience in Electric Drive Trucks
  • Demonstrated success in maintaining an excellent safety record
  • Current Mining Supervisor - G1, G8, G9 qualifications
  • Candidates must be willing to obtain Coal Board Medical and Standard 11 certifications
