Tpd Claims Manager

Our organization is seeking a seasoned professional to manage a portfolio of complex Total and Permanent Disability (TPD) claims. As a TPD Claims Manager, you will be responsible for handling claims related to sensitive and intricate matters, independently managing a portfolio of TPD claims end-to-end, liaising with internal and external stakeholders, investigating, processing, and updating all required information.

About the Role:

  • Handling claims surrounding sensitive and complex matters of TPD
  • Independently managing a portfolio of TPD claims end-to-end
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders in relation to the claim
  • Investigating, processing, and updating all required information

Requirements:

  • Experience in TPD Claims is essential
  • Group claims experience is desirable
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
