    • Conduct thorough testing and validation of mechanical designs to ensure quality and reliability.">
    • Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including drawings and specifications.">

  • Project Execution and Collaboration:">

    • Manage engineering tasks independently and collaborate with cross-functional project teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.">
    • Support internal and external design reviews, provide input to improve design processes, and facilitate communication among stakeholders.">

    • ">
    • Provide expert-level training and leadership development opportunities for junior engineers.">
    • Engage in effective communication and collaboration with customers, engineers, and other stakeholders to foster successful project outcomes.">
    ">Required Qualifications and Skills:">

    • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related field.">
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical design and development, preferably in aerospace or defense electronics applications.">
    • Proven expertise in 3D CAD modeling using SolidWorks software.">
    • Strong knowledge of mechanical inspection processes, air force technical orders (TOs), and metrology tools.">
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.">
