About the Role

We're seeking a Quality Assurance Expert to join our Financial Crime Operations team. In this role, you will play a key part in helping us mitigate financial crime risks by ensuring our policies, procedures and standards are being applied correctly across operational activity.

You'll work closely with the QC Manager and Senior Analyst to uphold our QC standards across a range of business groups, and contribute to collaboration sessions, forums and QC-Ops working groups that help shape how we do things.

Responsibilities
  • Ongoing monitoring of how our people fulfil their Financial Crime obligations—assessing AML and ECDD functions and reporting any compliance gaps.
  • Making sure everything meets the mark before it goes out the door.
  • Engaging with stakeholders across ECDD Operations, AML Operations, Fraud Investigations, Financial Crime Analytics & Systems, FCC, Risk & Assurance, and KYC Operations—so relationship-building and clear communication will be key.
Requirements

Experience in AML/CTF compliance, enhanced customer due diligence and customer exits is a must.

Strong understanding of QC or Financial Crime Operations, with experience in a similar role under your belt.

Experience in sanctions screening, TTRs, IFTIs, and fraud investigations is desirable but not necessary.
