About this Opportunity

CQUniversity is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Senior Liaison Officer to join our Global Brand and Marketing Directorate. This role is responsible for developing and delivering a range of activities to support CQUniversity's local and national Future Students strategy.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating enrolment support for high school students into the Start TAFE Now (STN) and Start Uni Now (SUN) programs. They will provide administrative support and assist with enquiries from parents, supporters, and high school staff related to the learning and teaching of students.

This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of students, all within a supportive and collaborative work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate enrolment support for high school students into STN and SUN programs
  • Provide administrative support and assist with enquiries
  • Develop and deliver activities to support CQUniversity's Future Students strategy
  • Work collaboratively with faculties and divisions to achieve strategic objectives

Requirements:

  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience in customer service, sales, marketing, or education
  • Proven skills in using business support software and large corporate information systems
  • Excellent interpersonal, client service, and communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to liaise, advise, and negotiate with diverse clients
