Key Responsibilities

As a Project Director, you will lead the management of designated portfolios into profitable business units. This role involves strategic input on delivery processes, financial planning, and coordination to ensure project objectives are completed within defined timelines and budgets.

You will oversee the quality control of diverse content types, including asset delivery and trafficking. Additionally, you will take hands-on ownership of complex strategic projects, managing senior stakeholders and serving as the primary client interface.

Collaboration with Account, Strategy, Media, and Creative leads is essential to meet client expectations, creative vision, and agency needs from briefing through final delivery.

Proactive identification and solving of risks and problems is crucial to ensuring projects remain agile and strategic.

Scope development, resource and progress monitoring, team leadership, and operational support are also key aspects of this role.

, Requirements
  • 10+ Years of Experience: Extensive experience in project management, preferably managing a portfolio of brands within an agency setting.
  • Leadership and Management: Strong leadership, management, and mentorship skills.
  • Communication and Presentation: Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to negotiate effectively.
  • Problem-Solving and Agility: Ability to recognize and solve potential problems, escalate issues, continually evaluate project effectiveness, and thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
  • Quality and Detail: Strong communication skills with impressive attention to detail, and a calm, collected approach to problem-solving.
  • Self-Awareness and People Management: Strong self-awareness and effective people-management skills.
