Hotel Night Auditor Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced hotel night auditor to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is available to work night shifts and possesses excellent customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Assist with the nightly running of the hotel on the overnight shift from 11pm - 7:30am, ensuring seamless operations and excellent guest experience.">
  • Check in and check out of guests, manage bar and coffee service, and reconcile hotel income for the day.">
  • Conduct audits on daily processing, correctly posting all hotel revenue for the day, identifying discrepancies, and implementing corrective measures.">
  • Handle guest complaints professionally and provide a warm welcome for arriving guests and smooth departure.">
  • Prepare breakfast trays and deliver room service, prepare coffees for guests, and morning grab and go breakfast service.">

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Current RSA certification required.">
  • Ability to commute or relocate to Penrith NSW.">
  • Availability to work night shifts (11pm - 7:30am).">
