About the Role:

The Team Leader for Industry Placement will guide the team to ensure that placement requirements are met for all students across mandatory, FREE TAFE, and other prescribed courses. This role is pivotal in driving effective, consistent, and documented work processes that align with our strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide the team to ensure placement requirements are met for all students
  • Work with Industry Placement Coordinators and Education Centres to ensure the right placements are available for students
  • Strategically plan and assign work within the Industry Placement team to ensure service levels are met, workloads are balanced, and team capabilities are optimized
  • Ensure compliance with pre-placement documentation collection and storage
  • Monitor and report on data integrity to maintain our high standards of compliance
  • Analyse feedback from students and industry partners, using insights to make recommendations for continuous improvement

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualification in Business/Marketing or substantial experience in working in similar role in an educational or VET setting
  • Substantial relevant industry experience
  • Excellent customer service and client management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills across all levels of business
  • Strong commercial acumen
