We're excited to share with you our 12-month Action Packed Graduate Program, designed to accelerate your learning and development within a supportive environment.
This program is perfect for graduates who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of people with disability and supporting them to achieve their goals.
As a graduate, you'll have the opportunity to work with a dedicated team that's committed to empowering people with disability to 'get more out of life today'
- You'll be part of a multidisciplinary team working together to achieve outcomes
- You'll have access to regular training and professional development opportunities
- You'll have the support of an experienced buddy, clinical mentors, group supervision, and fortnightly training
- You'll be encouraged to take ownership of your projects and develop your skills
We're looking for graduates who possess:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A passion for working with people with disability
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Registration with SPA or eligibility to register upon graduation
