About the Role

We are seeking a registered mental health professional to join our community team.

The successful candidate will have strong knowledge of mental health legislation and policy, as well as clinical experience and skills. They will undertake a patient caseload and participate in daily team functions including intake duty, multi-agency liaison and crisis management.

Hours of work are currently Monday to Friday 0830-1700, with future plans to extend hours across the weekend. The position will be based at our Pakenham site, but the incumbent will be required to work across all three sites - Cranbourne, Pakenham and Narre Warren.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertake a patient caseload
  • Participate in daily team functions including intake duty, multi-agency liaison and crisis management
  • Work across multiple sites, including inpatient and community settings

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualifications in a mental health field
  • Demonstrated experience in mental health
  • Current practicing registration
  • Australian working rights
