Job Title: Practice Administrator

This role is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of a medical practice.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and monitor the practice appointment system to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Process personal, telephone and e-requests for appointments in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide excellent customer service by answering incoming phone calls, transferring calls or dealing with the caller's request appropriately.
  • Signpost patients to the correct service based on their needs and circumstances.
  • Initiate contact with and respond to requests from patients, team members and external agencies as required.
