Key Assembly Position
Embracing responsibility, you will play a vital role in the assembly of diverse mechanical components and equipment. Your primary focus will be on precision and efficiency.
Specific Responsibilities Include:
- Assembling valves and flow control devices with utmost care and attention to detail.
- Testing manual and automated valves, actuators, and pump systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Executing detailed instructions, drawings, and quality plans to guarantee top-tier results.
- Operating various tools and machines for tasks such as grinding, painting, packing, and more.
- Reporting any issues or concerns to your supervisor promptly to maintain seamless operations.
- Maintaining accurate records of product condition and assembly steps.
- Handling parts and inventory with care to ensure stock accuracy.
Required Skills & Qualifications
To excel in this position, you will need:
- A Trade Certificate or equivalent qualification.
- At least 2 years of experience in mechanical assembly or valve repair.
- Familiarity with Quality Assurance and Health & Safety procedures.
- Training in manual handling.
- Possession of a forklift license, first aid certification, valid driver's license, and a dogging ticket or VOC.
