Effective Venue Operations Leader

Our client is seeking an experienced Assistant Venue Manager to oversee the daily operations of their busy Bar & Grill venue. The ideal candidate will possess a dynamic personality, a passion for growth and development, and robust management skills.
This is a unique opportunity to lead a team and contribute to the success of a well-established destination featuring a spacious beer garden, restaurant, bar, and drive-through bottleshop.
The Assistant Venue Manager will be responsible for maintaining high standards of service and quality food, ensuring the smooth running of all venue operations, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee all aspects of the venue's daily operations, including staff management and financial performance
- Lead a team effectively, inspiring and motivating them to achieve their best
- Maintain high standards of service and quality food, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment, ensuring efficient operation of the venue
- Monitor and control costs, achieving optimal financial performance
- 3+ years of experience in hospitality or a related field
- Proven track record of successful venue management, with a focus on customer satisfaction and financial performance
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Experience with POS systems and knowledge of TAB operations
- Approved Manager's License
