The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining large-scale data solutions that support our mission to deliver the best hearing solutions for anyone, anytime, anywhere.

We are looking for a highly skilled professional with a strong background in data engineering, architecture, and analytics. The ideal candidate will have experience working with cloud-based data platforms, such as Azure Data Lake, Azure Data Factory, and Azure Synapse Analytics.

The salary for this position is $140,000 per annum, plus benefits. We offer a range of benefits, including flexible work arrangements, employee discounts, and a comprehensive superannuation package.

About the Job

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Designing and implementing large-scale data architectures that meet the needs of our organization.">
  • Developing and maintaining data pipelines that extract, transform, and load data from various sources.">
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop technical solutions.">
  • Ensuring data quality, security, and compliance with regulatory requirements.">
  • Maintaining and improving existing data systems to ensure they are scalable, reliable, and performant.">

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.">
  • At least 5 years of experience in data engineering, architecture, or analytics.">
  • Strong knowledge of cloud-based data platforms, including Azure Data Lake, Azure Data Factory, and Azure Synapse Analytics.">
  • Experience with data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing.">
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.">
