Operations Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Operations Manager to lead our team at the Curtis Island Warehouse & Gladstone Supply Base. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing personnel, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols.

About This Role

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to take on a leadership role in a dynamic industry. As Operations Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing day-to-day activities on site
  • Coordinating and supervising yard and warehouse personnel
  • Maintaining compliance records and reports
  • Oversight of employee behavior to ensure safe work practices
  • Conducting toolbox talks to communicate operational issues

You will be expected to operate in a safe manner at all times, reporting any safety breaches or incidents immediately to the Site Manager or SSH&E Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Continuously monitor operations and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Maintain accurate end-of-month billing templates and review labor reports
  • Drive monthly KPI targets and engage with staff to deliver high performance
Requirements
