About the Role

The Member Support Consultant plays a vital role in building and maintaining a thriving membership base. You will be responsible for interacting with prospective members, providing exceptional customer service, and driving positive member retention.

  • Proactively contribute to sales growth through proactive sales activities and referrals campaigns
  • Generate high-quality sales leads through community outreach, referrals, and identifying new business opportunities
  • Achieve lead contacts via telephone to maximize sales opportunities
  • Provide sales presentations and tours to prospective members
  • Create positive and personalized interactions to drive successful outcomes
  • Open and close the club as per the roster
  • Active involvement in member retention programs
