In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading and motivating team members to achieve exceptional customer service standards
  • Providing coaching and development opportunities to team members to improve their skills and knowledge
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Monitoring and improving restaurant performance through data analysis and reporting
