Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a high-performing training team across multiple locations.
  • Shaping the student experience, driving engagement, progression, and completion rates.

  • Keeping us industry-relevant by working with partners to ensure our training remains current, practical, and future-ready.
  • Overseeing performance and resources, balancing student outcomes, team wellbeing, and financial sustainability.

Requirements:

  • Strong people leadership experience.
  • Confidence with technology and modern learning tools.
  • A track record of building accountability while inspiring trust.
  • Bonus points if you also have a Cert IV in Training and Assessment and a background in paramedical or healthcare training.
