About the Role

Chandler Macleod is seeking a skilled Freezer Hand to support the team at Baiada, Beresfield. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading poultry products company and contribute to the production of premium quality products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Palletising finished products with precision and efficiency
  • Allocating pallets to the appropriate areas with minimal waste
  • Assisting with loading of trucks to ensure timely delivery
  • Operating pallet jacks and forklifts to manoeuvre stock around the workplace
  • Working in a refrigerated and freezer environment with attention to safety protocols
  • Performing repetitious manual handling-oriented tasks while adhering to strict policies and timeframes

About You

We are looking for a physically fit individual with previous experience in a similar role, such as manual handling, distribution, or warehousing. You will also possess excellent communication skills, a reliable vehicle, and a valid forklift licence.

  • Previous experience in a manual handling or distribution role
