About the Role

Chandler Macleod is seeking a skilled Freezer Hand to support the team at Baiada, Beresfield. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading poultry products company and contribute to the production of premium quality products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Palletising finished products with precision and efficiency
  • Allocating pallets to the appropriate areas with minimal waste
  • Assisting with loading of trucks to ensure timely delivery
  • Operating pallet jacks and forklifts to manoeuvre stock around the workplace
  • Working in a refrigerated and freezer environment with attention to safety protocols
  • Performing repetitious manual handling-oriented tasks while adhering to strict policies and timeframes
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need to be physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment. You will also bring:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, such as manual handling, distribution, or warehousing
  • Excellent communication skills to work effectively with the team
  • A reliable vehicle and driver's licence for occasional transportation
  • A valid forklift licence, which is essential for this role
