About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Denim Sales Specialist to join our team at our Albany store. In this role, you will have the opportunity to build strong relationships with customers, understand their needs, and provide expert advice on our extensive range of denim products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service by understanding customer needs and preferences
  • Build strong relationships with customers to drive sales and increase customer loyalty
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest denim trends and product knowledge to provide expert advice to customers
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
  • Assist with visual merchandising and stock management to ensure a positive shopping experience for customers

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Knowledge of denim products and current fashion trends
  • Awareness of loss prevention and health & safety procedures
