Clinical Support Representatives play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences.

We are seeking a Clinical Support Representative to join our team in VIC, providing clinical support and undertaking training activities for products and services in the clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert clinical support to customers on products, maintaining high product knowledge.
  • Support surgical procedures in hospital environments on a range of products as required.
  • Manage the clinical training and in-servicing schedule in line with sales strategies.
  • Enhance operating efficiencies, including managing surgeon preferences and integrating warehouse and customer service initiatives.
  • Ensure proper execution of the shared calendar.
  • Foster teamwork, communication, and execution across the sales team.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in the medical field or theatre setting, or tertiary qualifications in science or a related discipline.
  • Experience in orthopaedics and/or endoscopy is essential.
  • Extensive understanding of orthopaedic and/or endoscopy products, industry terminology, and clinical knowledge.
  • Good understanding of the operating theatre environment and surgical procedures.
  • Knowledge of the Australian healthcare system.
  • Selling skills and computer proficiency in MS Office.
