The Y Victoria is seeking an experienced and passionate Education Program Coordinator to join their team. As a key member of the OSHC program, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, strategic development, and growth of the program.

  • Work with Regional OSHC Coordinators to identify and respond to service improvement opportunities;">
  • Create a positive relationship with schools, families, local community groups, and contract partners;">
  • Manage a team of educators who support the operation of a high-quality and fun Outside of School Hours Care program;">
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards;">

Requirements:

Applicants must have either completed or be working towards a Diploma or tertiary-level qualification as determined by ACECQA. Additionally, they must possess or be willing to obtain relevant certifications, such as First Aid in an Education & Care Setting and a Victorian Working with Children's Check – employee check.
