Your Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Night Operations Manager to join our Front Office team. As a key member of our overnight team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our night shift, driving team engagement, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the Front Office overnight team to achieve high standards of service and quality
  • Coaching and mentoring team members to develop their skills and knowledge
  • Ensuring the accurate and timely completion of night audit functions
  • Providing exceptional guest service and resolving any issues that may arise
What We're Looking For

We require a candidate with:

  • 1+ years of experience in hospitality, preferably in a Front Office environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
  • Valid VIC Drivers License and VIC RSA certification
  • First Aid certification and ability to meet legal requirements to live and work in Australia
