About Our Front-of-House Team

We are currently seeking highly motivated and experienced professionals to join our front-of-house team in a dynamic hospitality environment.

Job Description:

We're looking for enthusiastic staff to provide exceptional customer service, ensuring every guest has a memorable experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
  • Deliver meals and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation
  • Ensure tables and dining areas are clean and well-maintained at all times
  • Provide an outstanding customer service experience with a positive attitude and welcoming demeanor
  • Support the kitchen team when needed

Requirements:

  • Minimum one year's previous experience in hospitality is essential
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to work effectively with colleagues and customers
  • A positive attitude, team player mindset, and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays is necessary
  • RSA Certificate (or willingness to obtain) is a requirement for this position
