Act Fast First Aid is a growing provider of nationally recognised First Aid training and supplies.

About the Role

A Business Administrator role has become available at our company, based out of Sale.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Managing general office operations including responding to client enquiries, securing client bookings and preparing courses for delivery through our online portal.

- Maintaining professional relations with clients, customers, trainers and other external key stakeholders.

- Prepare the necessary paperwork and ensure trainer equipment is ready for delivery of courses.

- Process and finalise courses in a timely manner.

- Fulfil customer or clients orders for First Aid kits and defibrillators and assist with any requests for customised First Aid kits.

- Complete general office tasks such as printing, scanning, filing and laminating.

You will not be required to prepare invoices, handle accounts payable/receivable, maintain financial records or budgets.

Qualifications

- Certificate III or IV in Business Administration (or working towards) is preferred but not required.

Skills Required:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneDrive, Outlook, Teams).

- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Willingness to learn and participation in future growth and development of the business.

Training will be provided to navigate our internal booking system and First Aid supplier portal.
