Occupational Therapist

A challenging and rewarding opportunity has arisen for an Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Occupational Therapist to deliver high-quality, evidence-based occupational therapy services across a diverse caseload.

  • Provide community-based and workplace rehabilitation services tailored to individual needs.
  • Collaborate with clients, insurers, employers, and healthcare professionals to support recovery and return-to-work goals.
  • Conduct a variety of assessments, including Functional Capacity Evaluations, Activities of Daily Living (ADL) assessments, home and workplace assessments, and return-to-work planning.
  • Develop and implement personalised rehabilitation plans, taking a whole-of-person approach to health and recovery.
  • Apply clinical reasoning, problem-solving skills, and knowledge of injury management to identify realistic recovery milestones and return-to-work pathways.
  • Present case updates and recommendations to stakeholders to achieve the best possible outcomes.
  • Contribute to service innovation, quality improvement initiatives, and continuous professional development.

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
  • Current AHPRA registration.
  • Experience in workplace rehabilitation, CTP, or occupational health.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
  • Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
