Job Title: Project Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee the coordination and delivery of critical specialist services for our Underground Coal mine in NSW.

  • Leadership: Working closely with small teams to deliver excellent results.
  • Hands on: Ready to get underground, mentor and lead crews when required.
  • Project management: Coordinate projects, manage workforce, provide budget estimates, report to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Business development: Managing and maintaining relationships with clients to understand and deliver their needs.
  • Technical skills: Understand injection plans, deliver training, creating work instructions; SOPs, SWIs, JSAs.
  • Safety leadership: Comfortable in addressing, investigating and implementing effective controls. Facilitation of Risk Assessments.
  • Procurement: Maintaining, ordering and auditing product and stock.
  • Effective communication: Strike up conversation with operators, Managers, clients, corporate teams.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Demonstrated relevant experience in Underground Coal Industry.
  • Proven experience in Longwall Process works.
  • Experience in Ventilation works.
  • Experience in Polymeric Chemical Application.
  • Training transcripts and/or qualifications & tickets.
  • Valid & current drivers license.
  • Right to work in Australia (Birth Certificate, Passport, Citizenship Certificate).
