Software Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled software development specialist to join our Client Experience teams. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a collaborative group of innovators, problem solvers and customer champions dedicated to building seamless, intuitive and impactful digital experiences.


Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Work in an Agile software development methodology.
  • Maintain high standards of technical design, code quality and documentation by following architectural and coding standards.
  • Translate technical specifications into clean, maintainable code for new features, enhancements and integration with third-party products and APIs.
  • Participate in design and code reviews, unit and integration testing and defect resolution throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Implement automated test strategies to ensure product quality.
  • Deploy code across development, test and production environments effectively.
  • Communicate technical issues proactively with your team and technical lead.
  • Troubleshoot production incidents with the support team.

Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years related work experience with at least one year of development experience.
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
